Information We Collect

RememberMe collects the following information that you voluntarily provide:

• Photos of your loved ones that you upload
• Voice recordings you provide for voice cloning
• Personal memories and personality descriptions you enter
• Conversation history within the app

How We Use Your Information

Information you provide is used solely to generate AI-powered conversations, voice responses, and animated video responses within the app.

Third Party Services

• Anthropic Claude API — receives conversation text to generate responses
• ElevenLabs — receives text to generate voice audio
• D-ID — receives photos and audio temporarily to generate animated videos
• Google Firebase Storage — temporarily stores audio files for processing

Data Storage

Profile data, photos, memories and conversation history are stored locally on your device. Photos uploaded to D-ID and audio uploaded to Firebase are used only for generating responses and are not permanently retained by RememberMe.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Photos and audio are shared with AI service providers solely to generate in-app responses.

Data Deletion

To delete your data, delete your loved one's profile within the app. To request complete data deletion contact us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

RememberMe is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
